Honda y Aston Martin unen fuerzas a partir de 2026.

No hay "objeciones" a que corra Alonso, segun Honda, pero, vamos, lo lógico apunta a que Fernando ya no esté en la F1 para entonces. Yo tengo mis dudas de que siga mas allá de 2024 aunque, oye, si fisicamente sigue bien y su rendimiento sigue siendo el mismo, ojalá.

Si no saben qué decir, se lo inventan, y les da igual.

Alo solo tuvo un incidente "notable" con Honda, y fué el mismo domingo tras la rotura nº 351 de un propulsor Honda que él llevaba en Indianápolis.
Y en caliente en el box, los llamo suavenemte... "ineptos", y claro, a Honda racing USA no le gustó, y también en caliente anunciaron que le vetaban.

Desde entonces... Alonso está en guerra con Japón. 

Luego, unos días más tarde, un tal Z. Brown y otro desconocido, un tal M. Andretti, ya aclararon las cosas con ambos, y les juntaron de merendola , pero eso no vende.

Y si antes, en Honda Japón, alguien tenía algún resquemor con Alonso, tras el comienzo de temporada que lleva Alo este año, en Honda le han vuelto a quitar las sábanas que tenían puestas en sus estatuas.

No pude ver la carrera de Moñaco. Me libré de la mesa pero tenia jamada con much@s amig@s y, tocate los pies, un pantallón presidiendo la mesa con la F1 en directo, de vez en cuando se me escapó una ojeada. Alonso tocó la victoria.

Ayer vi el resumen de las 500 millas y, joer, al menos este resumen, resultó espectacular.

Tras 17 años en Red Bull, el ingeniero Rob Marshall comenzará una nueva etapa el próximo 1 de enero en McLaren como Director Técnico.

Rob Marshall to join McLAREN Formula 1 Team as Technical Director, Engineering & Design

Rob joins McLaren after 17 years with Red Bull Racing


McLaren Racing today announces the appointment of Rob Marshall as Technical Director, Engineering & Design within its Formula 1 team. Rob will join the team on 1 January 2024.

This role will sit within the F1 Technical Executive team, alongside Peter Prodromou and David Sanchez, reporting directly into Team Principal Andrea Stella.

Rob will be supported by Neil Houldey in the newly created role of Deputy Technical Director, Engineering & Design, to complete the senior technical structure. Rob and Neil will collaborate to assess and establish the highest technical standards, required to design winning F1 cars.

Rob joins McLaren after 17 years with Red Bull Racing, most notably as Chief Engineering Officer. His appointment is one of the fundamental steps taken by the team to underpin their journey towards the front of the grid.

Andrea Stella, Team Principal, McLaren F1, said:

"I am incredibly pleased that Rob will be joining McLaren. With over 25 years working in motorsport, Rob comes to us with a wealth of expertise and experience, elevated by his tenure and track record at Red Bull Racing. Rob's appointment is one of the fundamental steps and a natural fit to aid the team's journey to get back to our winning ways.

"We are a team with the ambition of fighting for championships, but over the last couple of seasons we have not shown a steady upward trend from an on-track competitiveness point of view.
