Muy buenas estas fotos de la desesperación de Leclerc tras su error que acabó en accidente. Creo que su expresión no muestra enfado con el equipo, sino consigo mismo. Me hacen creer más las declaraciones post carrera en las que indicó que el problema con el acelerador que comentó por la radio fue intentando poner marcha atrás para salir de las protecciones, que no tuvo nada que ver con el accidente, que ocurrió única y exclusivamente por un error suyo.

Lo he visto despues de venir de la playa, ha estado mas animadillo de lo que suele este circuito.

Una pena lo de Leclerc, tiene que estar hundido el hombre. Y Sainz iba como un cohete, en condiciones normales podia haber ganado este GP.

Al final, lo que podria haber alegrado un poco el mundial, lo que hace es dejarlo mas despejado para Verstappen. A ver si Ferrari se recupera en Hungria para afrontar con optimismo el resto de temporada.

El error de LECLERC que le ha llevado a abandonar, le ha facilitado a Max VERSTAPPEN llevarse la victoria y distanciarse 25 puntos más en el campeonato, que cada vez se le pone más a la mano. 63 puntos los separan ya.

Sin hacer ruido, los Mercedes han completado el podio con HAMILTON en la segunda posición y RUSSELL en la tercera.

Checo PÉREZ no hizo una buena salida perdiendo posición con Hamilton, posición que en ningún momento se le vió que podía recuperar. En la parte final apareció un coche de seguridad virtual mientras retiraban el coche de ZHOU, que se quedó parado. Russell iba pegado a él y en relanzamiento de la carrera, otra metedura de pata de la FIA indicando de manera incorrecta la retirada del VSC, le pilló desprevenido, permitiendo a Russell ponerse por delante. No ha sido un buen fin de semana para el Mexicano.

Grandísima carrera de Carlos SAINZ a pesar de su error en su primera parada y que le costó 5 segundos de penalización. Desde el inicio fue remontando posiciones con solvencia y cuidando sus neumáticos duros. Cuando Leclerc tuvo su accidente apareció el coche de seguridad y, aunque era pronto, hizo su parada. Fue una parada lenta y que desesperó al español que, en cuanto vio que sus mecánicos dejaban de tocar el coche salió sin esperar a que el semáforo se pusiera verde.

Siguió remontando hasta alcanzar a Checo, al que logró adelantar. Mientras lo hacía, desde el muro le pedían que entrara a cambiar neumáticos. Estando en posición de podio, finalmente hizo caso al equipo y entró. De nuevo una parada muy lenta. Y es que, aunque tuvo que cumplir la sanción, estuvo parado nada menos que 9 segundos. Se reincorporó 9º y de nuevo vuelta a remontar. Llegó hasta la 5ª posición pero la distancia con el cuarto, que en ese momento era Russell, era ya demasiada, superando los 22 segundos y faltando menos de 10 vueltas. Finalmente, 5ª posición para Carlos y vuelta rápida. Además, ha sido votado como piloto del día.

Tras Carlos cruzó la meta Fernando ALONSO, que vuelve a terminar contento con su rendimiento y el de su coche. Con la octava posición de OCON, Alpine consigue adelantar a McLaren en el mundial.

Y hablando de McLaren, NORRIS finalizó entre los dos Alpine mientras que RICCIARDO terminó noveno.

Para el último punto, lucha fraticida hasta la última curva entre los dos Aston Martin. Finalmente, STROLL fue quien lo consiguió y VETTEL sólo se llevó el enfado de ver cómo su compañero le cerraba la puerta de manera excesivamente agresiva.

MAGNUSSEN hizo una grandísima remontada en la salida adelantando hasta 7 posiciones. Finalmente se retiró. Esperemos que no sea por problemas de motor, ya que pondría más en evidencia la fiabilidad del motor Ferrari.

Hoy Carlos debería de haber arrancado el cable de la radio para no oir el muro porque tela entre las equivocaciones y lo inoportunas. Como esta cuando justo estaba adelantando a Checo  .

Jaimito, el Mari Dramas, dice que no le funcionó la bebida durante la carrera. Y claro, tiene que tumbarse en la sala pre podio para mostrar que ha hecho un esfuerzo sobrehumano o de superhéroe total  .

Muy patético.

"No no, what he said about with the throttle had nothing to do with the mistake. He tried to put the reverse, but there is a sort of protection, very complex stuff, he didn't feel torque. It's not a problem, it's how it works"

Pues nada, sobre el lio con el coche de seguridad virtual la FIA dice que ha sido un problema de hardware.


FIA explains Virtual Safety Car glitch in French GP

The FIA has explained that a hardware problem was behind the controversial delay in the virtual safety car restart late in the Formula 1 French Grand Prix.

Following Alfa Romeo's Zhou Guanyu stopping at the side of the track with an engine problem in the closing stages, the FIA called out a virtual safety car to allow marshals to retrieve his stricken car.

Once the track was clear, race control messaged teams to let them know that the virtual safety car period was ending.

According to F1's Sporting Regulations, the race is then supposed to go green at 'any time between 10 and 15 seconds later,' which is when drivers are then allowed to start racing again.

However, that did not happen at the first attempt in Paul Ricard and the race stayed under virtual safety car conditions for longer.

A second 'VSC ending' message was then sent out and the race eventually resumed – but the delay triggered confusion for some drivers with Red Bull's Sergio Perez getting caught out by not being up to speed when the race got going.

After getting overtaken by George Russell as he got back up to speed, he later said: "I mean it's a shame the virtual safety car interfered with the result, to be honest. It shouldn't be the case, but today it was the case.

"It [the message of VSC ending] was totally wrong, there was something going on because it said it was going to end out of Turn 9 and it only ended out of Turn 12."

But the FIA has explained that the delay in restarting the race was caused by problems with its computer system, which forced it to switch to a backup solution.

This worked as intended, but meant there was a delay in the restart.

A statement from the FIA said: "A second VSC ending message was sent due to a hardware issue, which led to an automated switch to backup systems that worked exactly as they should in that scenario.

"The same information is supplied to all teams concurrently. The VSC ending countdown time to the green light being displayed on the trackside panels is always random."

Red Bull team boss Christian Horner was not especially upset about the matter, but he said the important thing was to get an explanation from the FIA about what had gone wrong.

"I think we just want to understand the facts," he said. "I've just had a chat with Checo, I think we just want to understand because there was some kind of glitch going on with the system."
